Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire (On-site)
Hours: 9am – 5pm (9 days per fortnight in the office)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join a successful team in Luton, Bedfordshire. In this key role, you will lead and manage a team of five Accounts Payable Clerks, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of five Accounts Payable Clerks, providing training and development opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
- Monitor and improve AP processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager role or similar.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
