The Role:
- As an Accounts Payable / Banking Officer, you will be at the core of our financial operations, overseeing the entire accounts payable process and managing a portfolio of over 50 multi-currency bank accounts.
- Your precision and dedication will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial stability of our organization.
- his role demands accuracy and efficiency as you reconcile accounts and maintain meticulous financial records.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including processing invoices, reconciling supplier accounts and processing payments.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of 50+ multi-currency bank accounts, ensuring meticulous reconciliation and accuracy.
- Process banking journals for payments made.
- Keep a keen eye on the cashflow of each currency account, topping up when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure seamless financial operations.
- Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and contribute to accurate reporting.
- Uphold compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
