Billings Assistant

An industry leading company in the education sector are seeking a billings assistant.

We are seeking a highly motivated Billings Analyst to join our education client in Potters Bar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process for the company, ensuring timely and accurate billing for all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the billing process for the company, including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution
• Ensure timely and accurate billing for all clients
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure billing is in line with company policies and procedures
• Monitor and analyse billing trends to identify areas for improvement
• Communicate with clients regarding billing issues and resolve any disputes in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in billing and collections
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
