      A global fintech fund management firm is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and motivated FP&A Analyst.

      FP&A ANALYST
      LONDON (Flexibility to work up to 3 days a week from home)
      PACKAGE INCLUDES: £30,000 to £35,000 + bonus (c.10%) + study support
        
      The Opportunity:
      A global fintech, backed by a top-tier US Private Equity firm, are looking for an impressive graduate to join their team as an FP&A Analyst.
      Their ideal candidate will be a graduate (accounting, finance, economics, mathematics etc) who has since gained 6-12 months experience in an accounting and finance role.
      The business has a proven track record of hiring, training and developing people and this role will report into the FP&A Manager who joined them as a graduate 4 years ago. You will receive an excellent training and development programme, including a study support package (ACCA/CIMA).
      Key Responsibilities:

      • Measuring act vs budget performance, investigating variances across a range of KPIs
      • Tracking new business vs budget and prior years across multiple regions
      • Producing annual budgets
      • Preparing monthly management accounts
      • Analyse daily orders/revenue reports and highlight trends across regions
      • Assisting with the production of formal quarterly reforecasts for the Board

      Key Criteria:

      • A recent degree (accounting, finance, economics, mathematics)
      • Strong Excel Skills: VLookups, Pivot Tables, SUMIF’s
      • 6-12 months experience in an analytical role (desirable)
      • Studying ACCA or CIMA
      • Strong analytical knowledge
      • Organised and detail orientated
      • Excellent communication skills
