      Our client, a rapidly expanding crypto exchange and web3 scale-up, is seeking a talented FP&A Manager to join the team. Fuelled by substantial investment and impressive growth, this company offers a thriving environment for candidates seeking an exciting and progressive opportunity in crypto.
        
      Location is flexible, with offices based in London and the option to work fully remote.
        
      Key Responsibilities
      As the FP&A Manager, you will play a crucial role in the financial planning and analysis process, with key responsibilities including:

      • Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting and analysis.
      • Conducting monthly forecasting and variance analysis.
      • Assisting with due diligence for monthly fundraising activities and investor reporting.
      • Preparing reports for the Board of Directors and Investors.
      • Developing dashboards to track KPIs, revenue, and risks/opportunities.
      • Building complex financial models to support decision-making.
      • Driving improvements in financial processes and systems.

        
      Key Requirements
      To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

      • Proven experience in an FP&A Manager position.
      • Strong background in budgeting and forecasting.
      • Previous exposure to high-volume transactional data environment.
      • Proficiency in SQL with a good knowledge and understanding.
      • Familiarity with Looker (preferred but not essential).
      • Knowledge or interest in crypto/blockchain (Fintech, Payments, or SaaS/Data background would also be beneficial).

        
      Package
      In addition to joining an innovative and rapidly growing company, the compensation package for this position includes a salary up to between £80,000 – £90,000 and shares.
        
      Work Arrangement
      This role can be fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from anywhere. Alternatively, if you prefer office working, there is also a London-based office available.
