Reporting into their Head of IT, this IT Support Analyst will deal with tickets of varying nature from 1st to 2nd line, deskside support to users internally with the odd off-site visit.

      • Active Directory and Office products.
      • Windows Server
      • Vmware (Hyper-V experience could be transferrable)

Any experience in the creative space or VIP support would be great but not essential. The most important thing is your customer/user focussed approach.

Honestly, this IT Support Analyst opening is one not to be missed. You’ll receive a competitive salary of between £32,000 and £37,000 (DOE) on-site gym, incredible lunches, life insurance, season ticket loan, staff discount, and more perks!
