Outsourcing Manager

The role

• Manage a portfolio, developing client relationships with existing and new clients
• Display a strong commercial awareness
• Be the main point of contact for clients within portfolio
• Quote and estimate fees
• Good awareness of cloud-based accounting techniques and systems
• Effectively delegate work to the team
• Provide feedback to team members
• Manage the team including monitoring work in progress and work standards

 Skills and experience

• Previous experience of working within an accountancy practice is essential.
• Confident, articulate and an effective communicator at all levels
• Well-presented and professional
• Strong VAT knowledge
• Strong time management skills
• Previous management experience
• Commercial and proactive approach to client development
• Knowledge of Xero
