      A recognisable brand based in Dunstable, seeking a part-time bookkeeper to take over from a retiree.

      An exciting opportunity for a part-time bookkeeper to join a recognisable brand based in the heart of Dunstable. The company offers a flexible working environment, free on-site parking, an enhanced pension and a bonus scheme. The role will suit someone who has experience in purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations and basic credit control.

      This role is a part-time opportunity offering 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday), with office hours of 9am-5pm (1h lunch).
        
      Duties:

      • Posting and allocating supplier invoices
      • Reconciling supplier statements and answering queries
      • Raising sales invoices and distributing to customers
      • Reconciliation of bank accounts and matching to accounting software
      • Intercompany recharges and invoicing
      • Assisting management accountant with month-end reconciliations

        
      Experience required:

      • 5+ years experience working on both Purchase and Sales Ledger
      • Experience using CRM and accounting systems
      • Works well in a small team
      • Able to set your own time and manage workload
