An exciting and outgoing business are looking to bring on a sole charge payroll advisor to manage the payroll function.
Absolute Recruit is partnered with an outgoing and collaborative business based in Hertford to introduce a sole charge payroll advisor. The role will take full ownership of the payroll function and run weekly and monthly payroll for c.700 employees.
- Manage the payroll process for c.700 employees across the UK and Ireland payroll
- Processing and payment of weekly employee expenses
- Provide insight into the development of internal controls and procedures appropriate for business needs
- Working closely with the HRIS department through the payroll process, ensuring alignment
- Setting up payments on our banking system
- Dealing with payroll queries and providing resolutions
You could be the successful candidate if:
- You have experience in full start-to-finish payroll
- You’re experienced in processing UK payroll at high volume for both hourly paid and salaried staff across multiple sites
- You have excellent attention to detail and are process driven, ensuring all issues and queries are resolved
- You have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- You can maintain confidentiality
