Here are a few tips for providing a great candidate experience:
📰𝑾𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒆 𝒂 𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒋𝒐𝒃 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒅𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒓𝒚 – Candidates want to know what they’re getting into before they apply for a job. Make sure your job advert is clear and concise, and that it includes the salary range.
