We’ll have an informal, thorough conversation with our candidates to determine important factors, including key motivators and ambitions, their experience and expertise, technical capability and emotional maturity, management style, general attitude and demeanour, communication style, and long-term career goals. From here, we’ll identify key
individuals that we believe should be recommended to the client for an interview.
Our service extends beyond finding the right candidate. Depending on the client’s needs, we can support with offer management, interviewing and feedback, placement setup and management, and scheduling post-placement check-ins. Whilst we have little control over onboarding, we offer advice on industry standards and how to improve your
employee experience, improving retention.
