        A successful referral is deemed as a referral who has been placed in a permanent or temporary role.

        The referral initiative and subsequent charity donation will be triggered once:

        1. The permanent placement has passed the 12-week rebate period (permanent placement) or
        2. The temporary placement has been in situ from a minimum of 4 weeks.

        YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE MADE A REFERRAL WHERE:

        1. The candidate is based outside of the UK.
        2. You refer a candidate who is already engaged with Absolute (including associated umbrella or limited companies).
        3. We have already received the candidates current contact information from another source within 12 months prior to your referral.

        Please be advised that it is the obligation of the referrer to get consent from the any candidates that you may refer to us, prior to submitting their details to Absolute.
