Absolute are excited to be partnered with a fast growing London property development company who build homes in some of London’s prime locations. The company works with the finest designers, architects, and constructors to create places that are innovative and recognised for their exceptional quality and design.

They are now seeking an ambitious Management Accountant to join their team. The role will be reporting into an impressive Financial Controller and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role is based in a dog friendly office in the West End, and there is plenty of room for progression as the company is growing.

What will you be doing in this role?

* Create monthly and quarterly management reports for senior management
* Prepayments, accruals journals and reconciliation
* Balance sheet reconciliations and investigating any irregularities
* Lead on the audit process for SPV’s
* Reviewing monthly VAT and CIS returns
* Prepare quarterly management accounts
* Overseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions
* Ensuring HMRC compliance
* Supporting senior management with lenders reporting

What are we looking for?

* Part-qualified or Qualified by experience accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
* Real estate experience
* Strong excel skills and experience with accounting software packages
* Able to work under pressure

Salary: £50,000-£55,000
