      Job Title: Payroll Officer
      Location: Camberley
      Salary: £35,000

      We are working with an excellent payroll team that has a long-standing relationship. Seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a team of 5 payroll professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the full payroll process for approximately 4,000 employees across both weekly and monthly pay cycles.

      This role offers hybrid working with 2 days required in the office per week.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Managing the end-to-end payroll process for 4,000 employees on both weekly and monthly pay schedules
      • Processing statutory deductions such as tax and National Insurance
      • Handling P11D processing and Benefit-in-kind (BIK) reporting
      • Ensuring payroll compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
      • Managing employee queries regarding pay, tax, and benefits
      • Collaborating with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data
      • Supporting year-end payroll processes, including P60s and P11Ds
      • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll reporting to HMRC

      Requirements:

      • Previous experience in managing end-to-end payroll
      • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and tax regulations
      • Experience with P11D and Benefit in Kind processes
      • Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
      • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
