Paul Mills and his expanding team of dedicated colleagues, at absolute recruitment, have consistently delivered a bespoke service tailored to our rapidly changing “buy & build” group, since my joining in mid 2016. Paul and his team have always been responsive and listen carefully to our specification before supplying a strong shortlist of suitable candidates.
