If you are looking for a new role, then Michael is the person to speak to. Every conversation that I have had with Michael has been positive, he has always followed up with myself and the client and gets the answers that are required.
He has also helped me to be more confident in the interview process which i am forever grateful for. Gave me great pointers and his understanding of the client needs is amazing.
My main takeaway from dealing with Michael is that he puts you first, tells it like it is and if any improvements need to be made, he will make the suggestion Most important thing of all communication. Always giving you information rather than leaving you hanging.
