Reece has been a great recruiter for me. He’s placed me in 2 different roles now and the main reason for the second placement was that I was really happy the first time around and contacted him directly to ask if there was anything around that would suit me, before even looking at the job market. Reece has that “personal touch” with the whole process. He takes a big interest in _you_, as a person, to try to find and match you with the absolute best result. I’ve come across many recruiters in the past that will find you a role, but felt that I was a transport layer to commission. This certainly isn’t the case with Reece.
