On Tuesday 25th April 2023, Absolute Recruiter hosted a free-to-attend webinar focusing on Netsuite implementation and process optimisation.
ERP transformation projects can be extremely complex, costly and daunting without a specialist to guide you through the process. During this webinar, we were joined by two Netsuite specialists who have led complex Netsuite implementation and process improvement projects within start-ups, SME’s and enterprise businesses. They discussed areas including ERP implementations, requirements gathering, project delivery, data handling & migration, finance & process optimisation and training. In addition, we also had an opportunity to discuss the systems implementation roadmap, summarising the end-to-end journey and timeframes for system implementation.
An experienced Operations Director with a background in start-ups and scale-ups (taking businesses from Seed-funded through to exit). In a recent role, Jim worked as a Consultant for a NetSuite Partner where he led the implementation of Netsuite and Salesforce across 32 subsidiaries.
A CIMA qualified Netsuite Consultant with over 14 years’ commercial experience working with Netsuite. Over the past 10 years’ they have led Netsuite implementations with both SME/Start-up business and led enterprise-level implementations within global businesses.
